What a quite, cozy spot way up in the mountains! The cabin was so clean and the bed in the loft was very comfortable.
This cozy little cabin is up in the mountains where it’s nice and quiet but just a short 10-15 minute trip to all all your favorite restaurants and attractions in Pigeon Forge.
The cabin itself was extremely clean and adorable. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, etc if you rather stay in instead of going out. Whitney made sure to provide plenty of bath towels as well towels for the hot tub. The bed is extremely comfortable along with the bedding.
Our favorite night was our last night. We sat out on the porch swing in the dark and listened to it rain. It was very peaceful. We had a wonderful time just a few hours away from home!
Was absolutely amazing and very cozy, tucked away from the city life to country living, it’s just want we needed for a weekend getaway they was so sweet to help us out can’t wait to stay again
Recommend to anyone
Whitney and her husband are fantastic hosts. Everything was as advertised, their cabin was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the solitude and peace and quiet in the woods. The cabin is very close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Smoky Mountain National Park. It is a perfect home base to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We loved our stay and will definitely use them again for future visits!
great place to get out of the routine
Updated and very clean space! First time ever sleeping in a cabin with my family. We loved our stay and looking forward to booking again in the near future!
Great vacation in the Smoky Mountains! Nice cozy cabin for our family (2adults and 2 kids). The location was easy to access and convenient to Pigeon Forge and Townsend. Whitney was very responsive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
Very close to Pigeon Forge area but tucked away from the busy streets. Paved drive was a plus and signs were well marked. We recommend checking in before it gets dark… steep driveway and would have been easier if it was lighter out. Once we knew the layout, super easy.
The cabin experience is exactly what we were looking for to relax and have some quiet time. It was very cozy and quiet. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the porch swing. Whitney and Anthony were great host; communication was excellent throughout our stay.
After VRBO left us on a vacation with no place to stay, we searched and found this property in a bit of a panic and reached out to Whitney. She moved mountains to get it ready for us and we were able to still enjoy our time away from home. We were even called to personally confirm the place would be ready. Throughout the visit any questions we had were promptly answered.
The location is peaceful and secluded enough to 'get away from it all' while still near enough to pretty much anything you want to do. You can be in Pigeon Forge in 15 minutes and we aren't a fan of staying in packed hotels or condos. Our family was able to do and see everything we wanted to in Pigeon Forge as well as take day trips to go river rafting, horseback riding, hiking, and tubing(Whitney's recommendation was spot-on). We were able to finish each day in the hot tub watching a movie-like firefly show in the woods around us while the kids got caught up on their social media for the day inside(Wifi is good and consistent). We had rain one evening and the sound on the roof made for an amazing night's sleep.
The cabin has been renovated with new appliances and the pictures shown are accurate. The rustic element is on the outside while the inside has many thoughtful touches of modern. Flat screen TV with Netflix, Disney, etc and Sonos sound bar. Giant ceiling fan in main room. HVAC works great. Plenty of hot water and nice quality towels and linens. Good quality furnishings were appreciated as we cooked our own breakfasts most days(The provided Costco Himalayan Sea Salt was a nice touch!)
Bottom line--Excellent, accomodating hosts and a great property.
